Lily Allen DROPPED in huge career blow: 'She isn't the easiest to work with'

The outspoken star, who released her fourth album No Shame last year, has split with IE Music after reportedly struggling to sell tickets for her US tour.

A source said: “IE: Music had thought they would be a match made in heaven with Lily but it has proved the opposite.

“Her album was a disappointment when it came to sales, peaking at just No8 in the charts.

“She also struggled to sell tickets for the American leg of her No Shame tour last year.”

While No Shame only peaked at No8, it did successfully bag Lily a Mercury Prize nomination.

The insider added to The Sun: “It’s no secret that Lily isn’t always the easiest of people to work with, either.

“There were some disagreements with her management and they decided it was best for them to go their separate ways.”

Daily Star Online previously revealed how Lily boasted about her wild life of excessive sex and drugs during her set at Boardmasters Festival.

The star laughed: “I’ve haven’t been around for four years as I’ve been getting divorced and developing quite an unhealthy relationship with alcohol.”

Referencing her 2018 track My One, in which the 33-year-old sings about sleeping with ‘half of the boys in Paris’ and having a one night stand in Texas, Lily added: “It’s basically about me flying around the world and f***ing people.”

Despite the set going down well with fans, minutes later she collapsed backstage, prompting concern from three fans who had been taken backstage to meet her.

A source told Daily Star Online: “Three girls got to meet Lily backstage.

“She was really lovely to them, but off her face.”

The insider added: “She went back and forth past them a few times and then just collapsed and laid on the floor for about 10 minutes.

“Lily then got up and left.”
