Strictly Come Dancing’s Katya Jones and Neil Jones may have ended their marriage last year – but judging by these new pictures, they’re still good friends.
The former couple were seen chatting happily at Katya’s launch for motivational book 7 Days to Find Your Fire Beyond Lockdown at Empire in London.
Also in attendance at the outdoor event were fellow authors Sasha Latoya and pro dancer Joanne Clifton, who share a byline with Katya on the book.
Katya – who won Strictly with actor Joe McFadden in 2017 – and Neil married in 2013. They put divorce proceedings on hold earlier this year due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Katya recently discussed her relationship with her ex with The Mirror, saying: ‘We have fun all the time. We share our dog.’
The 31-year-old added: ‘We FaceTime all the time. He’s showing me all his new toys and projects and things like that. We’re really best friends.
‘It was our birthdays in May and we both made lovely videos for each other. So it’s nice.
‘We love dancing together so I can’t wait to get back dancing.’
Neil previously addressed the split with The Sun On Sunday, saying: ‘I’m in a good place and me and Katya get on really well now.
‘For me it’s something that happened in the past. We spoke about everything back then. We had a situation but everyone was supportive, so we got through it.’
