As the granddaughter of late media tycoon Kerry Packer, there was no doubt Francesca Packer-Barham’s 25th birthday would be a lavish affair.
And indeed it was, with reality star and PR guru Roxy Jacenko, 38, making a showstopping appearance in a custom Velani couture gown.
The birthday girl’s close friend showed up for a ritzy dinner party at Bistro Guillaume in Sydney’s CBD on Friday.

‘My beautiful friend Velani created this piece for tonight’s birthday dinner’, Roxy wrote alongside one Instagram snap, adding a love heart emoji.
The blonde looked sensational in the black bustier gown.
Roxy paired her glamorous ensemble with a understated nude makeup palette, and wore her blonde tresses in a loose ponytail.

Oliver also shared a snap of himself with Francesca and a pal.
Roxy and Francesca have been friends for years and often travel to luxurious destinations together.

Francesca made headlines last month, for buying a $16 million five-bedroom apartment in Sydney’s Darlinghurst, The Wentworth Courier reported at the time.
Covering an entire floor, the apartment in the ‘Horizons’ block, designed by famed Australian-Austrian architect Harry Seidler, features five spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms.
It boasts extravagant views of the harbour and luxurious fittings, including Cote D’Azure marble and designer lighting.
The selling point of the penthouse is undoubtedly its balcony, offering 360 degree views of Sydney Harbour.
