Examples include a five star nudist retreat in Mexico from £1699pp, to a week in Zante at a naturist resort from £339pp.

Others include an adults-only resort in Mexico with topless swimming pools and pole dancing, and a swingers’ resort in Jamaica.

One hotel describes the hedonistic experience as an “adults-only playground” with “pure self indulgence of the body, spirit and soul, not for the faint-hearted.”

Icelolly.com credit the increase in the unusual experiences to a number of TV shows, such as Channel 4’s Naked Beach and Netflix’s Bonding.
