Sam revealed that the family are moving from their home in Hertfordshire and relocating to a new property in Surrey, where they have got Paul into their first choice school.

Although the reality star admitted that it has been a stressful process and they had to view seven schools before making their decision.

Sam also joked that if she and her partner Paul had their own way they would send Paul Jr to school when he was six.

However, despite the two disagreeing about sending Paul Jr to nursery – her partner insisted he stay at home, Sam agreed they are both excited about the new change and Paul is even looking forward to the school run.

She said: ‘We are moving to Surrey in a couple of months and little Paul starts school in September. So we’ve got like a really big change, obviously we have both lived pretty much forever in Essex.

‘We’ve done three and a bit years in Hertfordshire, which has been great but yeah now we are off to Surrey.’

She added: ‘I do think there’s something about Surrey, I like the little towns, the villages, the schools and we have got little Paul into a school we both love.

‘We viewed quite a few, like six or seven schools, and the one we both loved the most he got accepted a place just under two weeks ago. We are really happy about it.’

Talking about Paul Jr’s reaction to starting school, Sam sweetly revealed: ‘He came with us on the second viewing, he spent a few hours there and loved it. It was really cute, as we left the school, he said: “Oh I’ve really loved it there, can I go back tomorrow?”

‘I said to him, “Well in September, you’re going to be coming here for many many years.”‘

And it’s not just Paul Jr who is excited as Sam admitted her partner Paul, who has always been against sending their son to nursery, is happy too.

She said: ‘He actually loves the school as well and gets a really good vibe. We both know that he’s ready and Paul is all, “I’m really looking forward to doing the school run everyday”, so I’m like, “If you want to do it every morning that’s perfectly fine with me!”‘

And despite not sending Paul Jr to nursery, Sam revealed that they will be sending daughter Rosie to the same school for its pre-school when she’s older.

Sam revealed: ‘Actually, the school that little Paul is going to, they take them from aged three. I’m not going to put Rosie in the same term as Paul, as I want it all to be about Paul. Like I want it to be special for him, he’s starting school for the first time.

So I can enrol Rosie, I think either January or Easter. I will probably do it next year so she has six months. So Rosie won’t go to school next September, it will be the following September. So she had got quite a big chunk.

‘I will probably leave it a year now then give her a year in pre-school before school. So yeah, effectively, she will have done it but Paul didn’t.

‘Where it’s the younger part of the school, they will actually be together for a year before he goes up to the bigger part of the school. It’s all new to me, I’m still getting my head around it.’

Sam admitted that she and Paul didn’t realise how stressful the school process is, she said: ‘We didn’t actually know there was a deadline, not in January anyway, we thought kids start school in September, I thought I had at least six months.

‘Literally, we filmed for the Mummy Diaries, I see this school consultant and she said that most parents now put their names down for babies when they are actually pregnant. I’m like: “Really?”

‘I get when they are maybe two-and-a-half or three, if you know that’s your school area, but she said you’ll be surprised by the fact so many parents already know what schools… I was like: “Wow, I didn’t know that.”

‘I am the opposite, little Paul never went to nursery or baby group, if we had it our way, he’d go when he was six. Like we are just so different, we were like: “There’s a deadline?” We’re happy we’ve found the perfect school we love for him.’

Sam also spoke about having a third child and joked that she will be avoiding getting pregnant this year.

She said: ‘We still do want more kids, don’t we? But for me, Billie has got a really busy year, but obviously I am moving to Surrey and little Paul starts school in September. It’s my 30th at the end of the year. It’s not the right time, maybe next year?

‘To be pregnant next year, but then I’m not one of those people who would be like right, plan, this is the date, this is when we are going to do it, when I am ovulating, I am just not like that. But I do know this year, I will avoid it.

‘It’s a lot going on and we are all going away for my 30th at the end of the year… if you’re pregnant it’s totally different, you can’t have a cocktail. I do want to be able to do that.’

The brand new series of Sam and Billie: The Mummy Diaries starts on Wednesday 26 February at 9pm on ITVBe.
