Earlier in the day, Mark had a celebratory pint in the bar area of the couples new ‘£3.5million’ mansion in Essex.
The former TOWIE star, took to social media to document the renovation progress as he downed a pint in honor of his birthday.
Taking to Instagram, he said: ‘To make it even better, the day that the bar got up and running, is my birthday! What a way to spend my birthday, a pint in my new bar, in my new house.’
Mark laughed as he added that all the builders who had been working on the project decided to stay for a beer afterwards.

Surrounded by plasterboard and wires, the television personality explained that there was still more work to be done in the bar area, but the pumps were up and running.
Mark stood behind pump as he thanked Heineken and worked the bar and exclaimed: ‘First pint to ever be pulled in the bar.’
But it appeared that he was quite the novice as the glass was filled with foamy froth and the room laughed at the sight of his first ever pint.
Mark and his wife Michelle Keegan, who are estimated to have a net worth of £12million, have been documenting the construction process after purchasing the original property for £1.3million in October 2019.
