LAUREN Goodger has told fans that she lost half a stone in seven days after detoxing at a luxury spa.
The 33-year-old star showed off her trim figure in a new Instagram post, tagging the wellness centre as she boasted about her achievement.
In the snap, Lauren is gazing into the camera with her long dark hair straight and loose over one shoulder.
The former Towie star is wearing a tight, black, spaghetti-strap top, adding the simple caption to her Story: “7lbs in 7 days” alongside a lemon emoji.
She shared the same photo to her main grid, writing: “Detoxed and refreshed Sundays”.
Lauren then tagged Homefield Grange Health & Wellness Spa Retreat and added a series of fruit and veg emojis.
The retreat’s official Instagram description reads: “Residential & Day Spa Health Retreat for wellness, weight loss and detox.
“Look & feel well inside and out!”
Lauren has been documenting her spa break on social media, sharing pictures and videos of herself enjoying a deep-tissue massage, as well as frolicking in the swimming pool.
The reality TV favourite also regularly updates fans on her weight, sparking controversy in December when she admitted on camera that she has never used Skinny Coffee.
In January last year, Lauren told fans that the brand was responsible for her losing two stone in three weeks in a sponsored Instagram post.
Lauren was among the reality TV stars duped by a sting in undercover BBC Three series Blindboy Undestroys the World.
In the satirical series, Lauren, Mike Hassini, and Love Island’s Zara Holland were all secretly filmed as they were approached to promote fake drink Cyanora on their social media pages.
They all agreed to promote the product before it was ready for them to test, with Lauren’s agent seen backing her decision to promote the product, telling her: “Half of these posts you see, they’ve not even tried it.”
In the series, Lauren then laughed as she admitted to never using Skinny Coffee.
She told The Sun Online when approached at the time: “I have never said I lost two stone using Skinny Coffee. That is a complete lie and I’m unsure where that has come from.
“I would never promote anything on my Instagram that I don’t feel is right for my followers and that I haven’t used.”
