And Kieran Hayler made his followers swoon on Sunday as he took to Instagram to post a very cheeky mirror selfie. 

Katie Price‘s ex husband, 33, showed off his ripped physique as he posed completely naked, fresh out of a shower.

Kieran left little to the imagination as he gazed at his chiselled six pack and slightly red tan. 

He captioned the snap: ‘Caught the sun today’. 

The star also posted a loved-up photo of himself and his fiancée Michelle Penticost after they went out for a walk.

Kieran and Michelle have had to postpone their wedding until 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The reality TV hunk got engaged to Michelle in the Maldives in March, after just over a year of dating, and they had hoped to tie the knot in 2020.

But the couple have now pushed back their plans to next year once the UK government has relaxed rules on public gatherings so they can have normal nuptials with as many guests as they like.

In an interview with Simon Gross for Get Gossy with Grossy, Kieran revealed: ‘We plan on getting married in 2021 when things get back to normal.’  

Although Kieran is disappointed he can’t make Michelle his wife this year, he knows when their special day comes around it will be worth the wait because she is his ideal woman.

When asked if Michelle is his soulmate, he replied: ‘Yeah, we bounce off each other.’ 

Kieran has been spending his time in lockdown looking after his two children, son Jett, six, and daughter Bunny, five, whom he shares with his first wife Katie.

Katie is isolating at home with her oldest son, 17-year-old Harvey, who is classified as at a high risk of developing serious complications from the deadly respiratory illness due to his disabilities.
