Katie Price has reportedly had her pink Volkswagen Beetle repossessed after failing to pay a £1,300 fine from two years ago.
The former glamour model, 40, who bought the vehicle back back in November 2010, is said to have originally owed £2.50 for missing out on payments for the Dartford Crossing in 2017, but costs have now spiraled to approximately £800.
Sources claim the mother-of-five’s vehicle was towed away by bailiffs last month after she failed to respond to letters informing her of the charges.

An insider told The Sun: ‘Katie’s saying the letters must have got overlooked as she had no idea that the fine had spiralled from £2.50 to £800,” says the source.
‘The bailiffs turned up and threatened to clamp all the cars on the drive, before towing the VW Beetle.
‘With the towing charges on top of the fine, that’s £1,300 if she wants to get the car back’, the source added.

In February, the TV personality was handed a three-month driving ban and fined £1,500 after being found in a ‘very’ drunken state at the back of her vomit-covered pink Range Rover.

Despite the arrest, she brazenly vowed to buy a new car as she spoke outside Bexley Magistrates’ Court following the ruling.

She explained: ‘I was given a choice of having 10 points on my licence or to be disqualified for three months.
‘I chose to be disqualified for three months because it adds on to my disqualification that I’m already on, which means I get my driving licence back on the 24th of May which means I can go car shopping – let’s ban the pink car.’
Katie appears to be adamant that things will be turned around in her life following a turbulent 18 months.

This has all happen over the past few weeks, with her also being reportedly caught driving her children without seat belts on and being struck off by government officials amid a £22,000 debt.
Her home life has also been criticised by the likes of her ex Kieran Hayler, who, earlier this month, claimed the couple’s two young children, Jett, five, and Bunny, four, would return from her crumbling mansion ‘filthy’.
Katie, who is also mother to Harvey, 17, Junior, 14, and Princess, 11, has suffered personal tragedy, learning her mum has incurable cancer, and the star was on the brink of bankruptcy before Christmas.
