REALITY star Joey Essex has signed up for an Ex On The Beach special in America – and will be joined by a host of new famous TV faces.
Along for the romantic ride will be Love Island’s Ellie Brown, Gladiators star David McIntosh, reality TV lothario Calum Best and US reality star Marissa Jade.
The sexy, shameless reality show will be filmed in the USA which will see the famous bodies being reunited with a catalogue of exes.
Last season was axed after the death of Mike Thalassitis – who was set to star in the series.
But now it’s back with a bang – and set to cause more trouble in paradise with the Tablet of Terror.
It appears Kelly Brook’s ex David has changed his mind about appearing on the show.
In 2016, he claimed he would never do a show like EOTB and thought anyone on it was a ‘cheap tart’ or ‘carbon-copied robot’.
He said of the show: “Men that stand for nothing but hair styles and flashy clothes and women that are empowered by Instagram followers and rich dudes.
“In short, you certainly wouldn’t catch me sipping cheap cocktails on that trashy beach, I’d sooner do a fortnight in Blackpool.”
Joining him on the show is Love Islander Ellie who was recently spotted sitting on footballer Marcus Rashford’s knee – so he could be in with a cameo.
They were seen knocking back champagne and vodka at the Manchester nightclub after she joined the 21-year-old star’s £5,000-a-night table.
Also set to star in the show is Love Island’s Michael Griffiths, fellow Love Islander Georgia Steel and Niall Aslam, as well as reality star Lateysha Grace.
The Sun Online revealed how Georgia, 21, and Lateysha, 26, will bring plenty of excitement to proceedings.
A TV insider told The Sun Online: “Ex On The Beach bosses know Georgia and Lateysha are guaranteed to bring drama to the latest series with their no-nonsense attitude. They definitely won’t hold back.”
Former Towie star Lewis Bloor has also signed up to the series, and will come face to face with his ex Georgia Harrison.
MTV producers are yet to confirm the start date of the latest series of the hit reality show, however, the US version is currently airing in the United States of America.
An inside source told The Sun: “It looked like the show might have been over for good when it didn’t come back, but that isn’t the case.
“Bosses still believe in the format and they’re going to try to learn the same lessons as Love Island.
“They definitely don’t feel it’s over yet, even though some fans might question the decision.”
Essex boy Joey was recently spotted at the MTV VMA’s rubbing shoulders with some of the world’s biggest stars.
He told The Sun in March 2018: “I’m going to America soon to meet agents. I’ve been offered presenting but I don’t feel like me when I do it – all I want to do is be Joey Essex.
“I want a fresh start in America. In England I can’t walk down the street without a hat on.”
