Jeremy Kyle announces fiancée Vicky Burton is pregnant with their first child

Jeremy Kyle and his fiancée Vicky Burton are expecting a baby.

The Jeremy Kyle Show host excitedly announced the news she’s pregnant.

The 54-year-old told The Sun: “Vick and I couldn’t be happier to say we’re expecting our first baby together.

“We’ve told our families and everyone is delighted.”

Jeremy is already dad to daughters Harriet, 29, Alice, 15, Ava, 13, and son Henry, 10, from his previous marriages to Kirsty Rowley and Carla Germaine.

The TV star was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2012 and had to have one of his testicles removed.

Jeremy’s happy news comes after a difficult year for the TV star.

Jeremy’s show was cancelled

His ITV show was cancelled after the tragic suicide of guest Steve Dymond.

Steve took his own life just days after appearing on the show and failing a lie detector test while trying to prove to his fiancée that he hadn’t cheated on her.

The show was immediately pulled off the air and subsequently cancelled by bosses.

A Government review was held about it, but Jeremy refused to appear and give evidence.

It was recently reported that Jeremy is set to make a return to prime time TV.

As they announced his show was being cancelled, bosses said they’d continue to work with Jeremy on future projects.

Now, he’s reportedly being lined up to host a new show in early 2020 – with a possible switch from daytime to the evening.

A source told The Sun: “Jeremy is a huge ratings draw and he has a great relationship with ITV, who are very keen to bring him back.

“So it was only a matter of time. An ITV team have been told ‘find a format for Jeremy’ and that is what they are working hard to do.”

The Mirror previously revealed that Jeremy would be back on two ITV programmes, including a new series of The Kyle Files tackling social issues using secret filming.

But The Jeremy Kyle Show will definitely not be back after the tragic death of Dymond.

Back in May, Carolyn McCall, ITV’s CEO, said: “Given the gravity of recent events we have decided to end production of The Jeremy Kyle Show.

“The Jeremy Kyle Show has had a loyal audience and has been made by a dedicated production team for 14 years, but now is the right time for the show to end.

“Everyone at ITV’s thoughts and sympathies are with the family and friends of Steve Dymond.”
