Anyone caught smoking cannabis can be fined £90 or issued a warning by cops.
But the photos are unlikely to bother his Labour leader dad, who called for the drug to be decriminalised 19 years ago.
Tommy was spotted with a pal at a cafe in Notting Hill, West London.
In photos, he is seen using a Julian Marley Juju Royal grinder before carefully tipping green leaves into rolling paper.
He then sealed it, lit it and puffed away.
The snaps emerged as Tommy prepares to cash in on “cannabis culture” by launching his own hemp businesses.
He has set up two firms with girlfriend Chloe Kerslake-Smith, 25 — National Hemp Service and The Hemp Cafe.
Revealing his plans last year, Tommy wrote online: “Watch this space…#WeedIsGood.”
And on Twitter last month he said he hoped both businesses would open in North London “very soon”.
Last night a friend said: “What Tommy was smoking is legal under UK law and is what his shop will be selling.”
Labour said at the last election the party “does not support legalisation of cannabis”.
But Mr Corbyn signed an early day motion in 2000 calling for the class B drug to be decriminalised.
And last year he said: “Criminalising people for possession of small amounts of cannabis is not a particularly good idea.”
