Jenna Dewan has blessed us with the first photo of her baby bump while her boyfriend Steve Kazee shared his delight at becoming a father.
The actress started publicly dating Steve in October last year, after Jenna and her husband of eight years, Channing Tatum, filed for divorce due to ‘irreconcilable differences’.
After confirming her pregnancy yesterday, she shared an adorable picture of herself cuddling with her six-year-old daughter Everly who she shares with Step Up actor Channing.
The 38-year-old wrote: ‘Becoming a mother is quite simply the absolute best most incredible thing that has ever happened to me.
‘@stevekazee you are a gift from above and I couldn’t be more excited to be expanding our family together…! Thank you guys for all the love!!’
Steve also shared his excitement, as he took to his personal social media page.
The actor accompanied a photo of a pregnant Jenna with a sweet message: ‘I can’t even describe the feelings that I have had since we first learned that Jenna was pregnant! I have waited my entire life for this moment and couldn’t have found a better person to build a family with.’
‘A partner who radiates love, warmth, and kindness. A partner who has faced some of the hardest moment’s life can deal you with grace, humility, and a desire to learn from the ups and downs.
‘A partner who is continuously growing from those lessons and who supports my growth as a person with love, unwavering support, and understanding.’
But, wait, there’s so much more.
Steven continued: ‘Jenna also brought with her one of the greatest gifts one could ever imagine…her beautiful daughter. Evie burst into my life like a supernova and has continued to burn so brightly in it.
‘I have learned so much about parenting already from watching how amazing Jenna is with her and Evie has taught me so much about what it means to love and communicate with a child and I can’t wait to give her a sibling and make our little family a little bit bigger.’
However, before announcing the big news, the dancer made sure to tell Channing about the pregnancy first.
And the Magic Mike star was reportedly ‘very supportive’ of his ex-wife starting a family with her new beau.
‘Jenna told Channing that she was pregnant and wanted to make sure he knew before she announced it,’ an insider claimed to E! News.
‘He is happy for her and was very supportive.’

Jenna and 43-year-old Steve confirmed their pregnancy news to People magazine this week in a statement, telling the publication: ‘We are beyond overjoyed and couldn’t be happier to be expanding our family!’
