Teen actor Noah Jupe received a $600,000 payday for his breakout role as the son of Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant in The Undoing.
The 15-year-old son of Corrie legend Katy Cavanagh was just 13 when he signed on to make the HBO show, which was a runaway hit when it aired last month.
Now the details of his lucrative contract have been revealed, showing that British star Noah was paid $100,000, around £87,000, to play Henry in each of the six gripping episodes of the psychological thriller.
And that’s not the only compensation the schoolboy received, according to his minors contract.
Filed in L.A. County Court and seen by website TMZ, the contract also guaranteed Noah at least five roundtrip business class tickets for him and his parents to fly to New York, where the show was filmed.
As a non New Yorker, the contract also provided for the use of a three-bedroom apartment, a rare convenience in New York.
Noah, who has also appeared in Downton Abbey, horror flick The Quiet Place and The Night Manager, was given a $100 (£76) per diem and a $350 (£265) weekly Uber allowance.
Noah’s mum Katy played Julie Carp in the ITV soap Coronation Street from 2008 and 2015, inspiring Noah to follow in her acting footsteps.
After finding out the connection, Corrie fans expressed their surprise at the “acting dynasty.”
“Henry is British in real life!?” tweeted one viewer, as they praised the young actor’s faultless American accent in the drama.
“The kid who played Henry in The Undoing (Noah Jupe) was absolutely the best actor in the whole thing,” commented another fans of the show.
The murder mystery – with Henry’s parents at the heart – kept fans gripped as they tried to uncover the true identity of the killer after Jonathan Fraser, played by Hugh Grant, was arrested.
