CHRIS Evans surprised This Morning hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield today as he dropped his trousers and showed off his varicose veins.
The Virgin Radio Breakfast Show host, 53, surprised the pair as he stood up and began undoing his trousers, while joking with Phil about small underwear.

He sat back down with the clothing around his ankles as he drew attention to his bruised legs a week on from having his varicose veins ‘microwaved’.
Explaining the procedure, he said: “I had my varicose veins microwaved last Monday, and then you have them taken out and the aftermath is ongoing.
“They used to laser, they now microwave and they used to strip. Emma Thompson said it’s up there with child birth having your veins stripped out.
“If you prune your veins they come back, but if you microwave them your body thinks, ‘hang on a minute, there’s something dead inside’, so your body kills them off on your behalf.”
Last week Chris filmed himself having the procedure – before sharing the video with fans and jogging to the pub for a post-op pint.

He admitted on camera that despite being “squeamish” he was surprised at how calm he felt during the procedure which required just a local anaesthetic.
Posting on the Virgin Radio UK Instagram account, Chris revealed he was having a phlebectomy.
He then introduced Professor Mark Whiteley who explained he was “removing the surface bulging veins so they don’t hurt afterwards”.
Chris then handed the camera over to Michelle, Mark’s assistant and wife, who filmed the surgeon removing a surface vein while saying “we don’t usually do these anymore unless they are very big but Chris has some whopping veins”.

Proving just how relaxed the whole operation was, the team went on to discuss their pub drinks of choice before Chris was seen jogging to the nearest local.
Fellow Virgin presenter Kate Lawler shared the moment on her Instagram with Chris telling the camera: “How good was that operation? Watch!”
He then ran down the street before turning and adding: “One hour after completion… pub!”
