Britain’s Best B&Bs are named by AA in prestigious annual awards, including a Scottish lodge on a lake to a Victorian doctor’s manor


THE best B&Bs across Britain have been announced in the annual AA B&B Awards.

There are winners named in categories including the friendliest, the most unique and of course, the best breakfast.

B&Bs applying for AA recognition are visited by an AA inspector, who stay anonymously.

They check for everything from the accommodation and food to the levels of hospitality.

The best B&Bs also offer something unique, from locally sourced breakfasts to hypoallergenic pillows, setting them apart from the rest of the crowd.
