Terminator is coming back for a sixth movie, and fans are already getting their Arnie fix with a brand new trailer.
Terminator: Dark Fate is set to reinvigorate the franchise, which began back in 1984.
This movie, however, will not be following on from the most recent Terminator: Genysis (which came out in 2015), and instead will be a sequel to Terminator 2: Judgement Day.
Original director James Cameron will be acting as a producer, and Tim Miller – who directed Deadpool – will be in the director’s chair this time around.
Paramount and 20th Century Fox said of the plot: ‘More than two decades after the events of Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton) sets out to protect a young woman named Dani Ramos (Natalia Reyes) and her friends as a liquid metal Terminator (Gabriel Luna), sent from the future attempts to terminate them.’
The trailer features a cover version of Björk’s Hunter performed by John Mark McMillan, and should help tide over Linda and Arnie fans until the release date.

Terminator: Dark Fate release date
We will actually be getting the new Terminator before the US, which rarely happens in film.
Terminator: Dark Fate is due for release on 23 October 2019 in the UK, 31 October in Australia, and 1 November in the US.
Filming wrapped November 2018, and it is currently in post-production.
