What’s on the new McDonald’s Christmas menu? The Big Tasty and the mint Matchmaker McFlurry return

It’s official: the McDonald’s Christmas menu has returned to kick off the festive season good and proper.

As well as bringing back the much-loved Big Tasty burger – a delicious beef patty paired with Emmental cheese, onion, tomatoes and *that* special sauce – the fast food giant has added some delicious wintery treats to their menu.

Starting from as little as 99p, you can get your hands on the limited edition goodies from today (Wednesday 20 November).

Here’s everything you need to know about the the 2019 McDonald’s Christmas menu…

McDonald’s popular Big Tasty with bacon is back this year (McDonald’s)

What’s on the McDonald’s Christmas menu this year?

Big Tasty

As mentioned, the Big Tasty is back – much to the delight of fans. It costs £4.29 for a regular meal, or you can upscale to a medium for £5.89.

Big Tasty with bacon

Should you wish, you can add a few rashers of bacon to the mix to add an extra smoky flavour for just 40p more.

Cheese Melt Dippers

Unlike McDonald’s usual cheese dippers, the festive version has a little twist; inside the crispy baked goods is just the right amount of gooey camembert. The sides also come with a tangy tomato dip.

Available in a variety of portion sizes, choose from 4 dippers for £1.69, or a 12-piece sharebox for £4.49.

The Chicken Deluxe burger is also back – and it’s tastier than ever! (McDonald’s)

Chicken Deluxe

Inside a sesame seed bun lies two crispy chicken fillets, topped with tomato relish, mayo, cheese, lettuce and red onion. A meal will cost customers £5.19 for a regular, or £6.59 for a medium.

Matchmakers Cool Mint McFlurry

It’s been six years since this sweet treat was last available in the UK, but it’s making its return this Christmas to UK stores.

Enjoy the soft-whipped ice cream, topped with bits of Matchmakers and mint sauce for a reasonable £1.39.
