Next week isn’t particularly busy in terms of video game releases, but that doesn’t mean you won’t find anything new to play. PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch/3DS, and PC owners will find games that might be worth a look, including Devil May Cry 5 and Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn. If you’re itching for a new game, read on to see what games are set to release the week of March 4.

Devil May Cry 5 – March 8

Platforms: PS4, Xbox One, PC

Here’s a stylish action game fans have been waiting a long time to see. This game kicks off when a demon tree appears in the center of a town and starts killing off (and feeding on) the residents. As the demonic invasion continues, your job is to put an end to the violence – by spilling gallons of demon blood.

Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn – March 8

Platform: Nintendo 3DS

Nintendo says the 3DS isn’t dead yet, and here’s proof – well, sort of. Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn is an enhanced 3D version of the 2010 Wii game Kirby’s Epic Yarn. The original was well received (it got a 9/10 in IGN’s review), with the main knock against it being that it was too easy. Nintendo seems to have taken that criticism to heart, because this version comes with a tougher Devilish Mode. You’ll also find new mini-games that put you in the shoes of Meta Knight and King Dedede.

Left Alive – March 5

Platforms: PS4, PC

Left Alive is a survival shooter set in 2127 that puts you in the boots of three protagonists during a military invasion. Since it’s set in the future, you’ll get to go up against giant mechs and other machines of war as you choose whether to go in guns blazing or take a more stealthy approach.
