For the last few weeks there has been a problem with a milk thief in St Ives.

But instead of wasting police time, IT worker Damon Hudson, 25, decided to get revenge using his own urine and fish oil.

He set up a camera in his doorbell to catch the thief in action following the 4am delivery.

Damon said: ‘My milk delivery means the world to me.

‘My little brother and sister can’t function without their cereal in the morning. [The person] is stopping them from enjoying the morning pleasures of breakfast.

‘It was annoying. Not the end of the world, but a wind up that they feel the need to do this.

‘I’ve not called the police yet. I’ve instead gone about it in a different way.’

The alleged milk thief waited for the delivery which usually arrives at around 4am (Picture: BPM)

He said his milk first started going missing on May 17.

Damon said: ‘We have a doorbell which has video footage, so I looked through it and found them.’

He added that he did not want to call police because ‘they have better things to do than a milk stealer.’

But after losing out on milk for the second week in a row, enough was enough.  Entering the third week, he decided to take matters into his own hands.

In a bid to take revenge, he added new ingredients to the milk – fish oil and his own urine. The milk thief took the bait.

Damon said: ‘Hopefully that’s the end. The weirdo deserves it.’
