Mike Perry is facing charges over an alleged assault after the UFC star punched an older man during a bar dispute in Texas on Tuesday night.

The welterweight fighter was filmed kicking off during a furious altercation and TMZ report the video starts after Perry was asked to leave the Table 82 restaurant in Lubbock, where his girlfriend Latory Gonzalez lives.

Perry reportedly got physical with another patron in the bar and allegedly punched an employee when he was told to leave.

The video begins with Perry appearing to be escorted out of the bar by a woman before refusing to leave.

‘If you’re all calling the cops, then I’ll stay. I have a side, I don’t have to go anywhere,’ Perry said, as the woman pleads with him to leave.

Perry then gets more agitated, saying ‘Did you touch me. Oh, you didn’t touch me? He touched me!’

Another older man begins to argue with Perry, insisting he was the one who put his hands on another individual and telling the 28-year-old he would tell the police exactly that.

Perry then replies: ‘I will knock your old ass out too. Let’s go you fat piece of sh*t.’

A brief melee ensures before Perry hits the man and he falls to the ground. TMZ claim the injured man had to be taken to hospital and struggled to recall the details of the event when questioned by police.

Perry then sits down outside the bar, saying the N-word several times and again refusing to leave.

Police arrived on the scene to find the older man still unconscious and say three people in total were assaulted by Perry.

The UFC star posted on his Twitter ‘no comment’ after the video of the fight emerged.

The UFC are yet to make any official statement on the incident, but Perry was not arrested.

Perry is facing a charge of Class A assault, a misdemeanour, and could be forced to pay a fine of $500.
