18:15 UPDATE: Dean Henderson agrees deal
Goalkeeper Dean Henderson has agreed terms with Manchester United over a new contract.
That’s according to website Football Insider, who claim the stopper will receive a ‘major pay hike’ to reward his progress.
Henderson, 22, was integral to Sheffield United’s promotion to the Premier League, starting all 46 Championship fixtures for Chris Wilder’s side.
The report says Henderson will be sent back to Bramall Lane for a season in the Premier League before returning to Old Trafford.

18:00 UPDATE: Gennaro Gattuso exit
AC Milan coach Gennaro Gattuso parted company with the club, two days after his team narrowly missed out on qualifying for next season’s Champions League to extend their absence from the competition to six seasons.
Milan confirmed in a statement that the 41-year-old, a combative former midfielder who spent 13 seasons of his playing career at the club, had left with two years to run on his contract.
“AC Milan announces Gennaro Gattuso will leave his role as the club’s first team manager by mutual agreement with immediate effect,” said the statement.
“A true Rossoneri (red and black) legend, Gennaro stepped into the role during what was a difficult period for the club and has performed admirably, securing the club’s highest league points total since 2012/13.”

17:45 UPDATE: Mario Gotze latest
Contract talks between Mario Gotze and Borussia Dortmund have stalled.
That’s according to German publication Bild, who claim the forward is hesitant about agreeing to an extension.
Gotze, 26, has one year remaining on his current deal and after some positive talks in recent weeks – it appears there’s been a breakdown.
The report adds that Arsenal have shown interested and Gotze could be tempted to join former colleagues Sokratis, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang at the Emirates Stadium.

17:30 UPDATE: Harry Wilson to quit Liverpool?
Liverpool winger Harry Wilson has reportedly told the club that he wants to leave this summer.
Wilson, 22, enjoyed a prolific season with Frank Lampard’s Derby – netting 18 goals and providing six assists that nearly saw them promoted to the Premier League.
And according to the Daily Star, Wilson has decided to leave because first-team opportunities at Liverpool will be limited.
There are no shortage of suitors with Crystal Palace, Newcastle, Southampton and Brighton all reportedly interested in the £25million star.

17:15 UPDATE: Alexis Sanchez return
Arsenal have been urged to re-sign Alexis Sanchez this summer.
Several Italian clubs have been linked with the Chilean, who earns around £500,000-a-week at Manchester United.
But club legend Lauren thinks the 30-year-old should welcomed back to Arsenal with open arms.
“Sanchez is a top player and top players are always welcome at Arsenal,” he told AmericanGambler. “If Emery could get him back mentally because it has been a while without him playing, then he could be a good addition.
“It depends if he is the kind of player that Unai would enjoy having at Arsenal.”

Arsenal are eyeing AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma with Manchester United also interested, it has been claimed.
The Gunners are said to be unconvinced by Bernd Leno and with Petr Cech retiring at the end of the season they are seeking a top quality shot stopper.
TMW claim Donnarumma is happy in Milan at present though but Mino Raiola could hatch a plan to move him on.
Reports last week claimed Manchester United were on alert as they look to sort out the future of David De Gea.
And Raiola could force Milan to sell Donnarumma to get him a big-money move.
That could lead to Arsenal and United battling for the signature of the 20-year-old.

Arsenal are considering a move for Barcelona midfielder Andre Gomes.
Gomes, 25, dazzled during his season-long loan spell with Everton last season – forming a solid partnership with Idrissa Gueye under Marco Silva.
The Toffees want to sign him on a permanent basis, as do Premier League rivals West Ham and Tottenham.
However, Catalan radio station RAC1 claim Arsenal are looking at the Portuguese international to replace Juventus-bound Aaron Ramsey.

Barcelona would consider offers for forward Luis Suarez.
Ex-Liverpool star Suarez, 32, is supposedly deemed ‘transferable’ by the Catalan giants following his display during Liverpool’s epic Champions League comeback.
The Liverpool Echo report that Suarez was singled out and accused of a lack of commitment.
And his decision to undergo knee surgery before Barcelona’s shock Copa del Rey final defeat to Valencia supposedly worsened the situation.

Lewandowski would be a stunning addition to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side as he looks to overhaul a struggling squad after a disappointing season.
Transfermarket Web claim the Manchester United management are ‘dreaming’ of signing the 30—year-old.
Lewandowski is one of the most prolific frontmen on the planet and bagged 40 goals in 2018-19 as Bayern won the domestic double in Germany.

Liverpool are set to intensify their efforts to sign Lille winger Nicolas Pepe.
That’s according to France Football, who claim Jurgen Klopp is eager to bring the 23-year-old to Anfield this summer.
Pepe netted 23 goals and provided a further 12 assists in all competitions last season to help Lille secure Champions League football.
The report adds that Inter Milan have already submitted a £53million offer – and Lille are now awaiting offers from Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal.

Unai Emery has told club chiefs that he wants to raid PSG for Thomas Meunier, stealing the Belgian from under the noses of Manchester United.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is reportedly a fan of Meunier, and had planned to make a move for the out-of-favour defender this summer.
However, according to France Football, he will face stiff competition from Emery, who has spotted an opportunity to raid his former side.
Emery took over at PSG back in 2016, and one of his first pieces of business was signing Meunier from Club Brugge for £6.1million.
It is likely that if either Arsenal or United are to prise the Belgian away from Paris, they will have to pay upwards of £25m.

Tottenham have opened talks with Spanish outfit Real Betis in a bid to agree a fee for £55million rated midfielder Giovani Lo Celso.
Mauricio Pochettino has been looking to bolster the number of options that he has in midfield has been impressed by scouting reports on his fellow countryman Lo Celso.
Betis are keen are keen to hang onto Lo Celso who scored 16 times in 45 appearances this season after struggling to make an impression at PSG.
But an offer in excess of double the £21 million that they paid in April to make Lo Celso’s loan a permanent deal could persuade them to do business.

Real Madrid have practically signed Manchester United star Paul Pogba, according to Eduardo Inda.
Real are determined to sign Manchester United star Pogba as they plot a rebuild following a dreadful La Liga campaign.
And Spanish pundit Inda, who was once head of Spanish newspaper Marca, says the player has agreed to take a pay cut.
“Pogba is practically done,” he said in reference to the United star and a Bernabeu move. “The first to appear will be Hazard and the next will be Pogba.
“He has agreed to lower his Manchester United salary: from £13m net per year to £10m.
“Adidas is pressing a lot because he is one of the two franchise players of the brand.”
