07.00 UPDATE: Manchester United launch De Ligt bid

Manchester United have made a £70m bid to sign Matthijs de Ligt from Ajax.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is looking at a summer revamp during the transfer market and is now eyeing the Ajax sensation as a key part of that.

The Mirror report that United are ready to hand De Ligt wages of £350,000-a-week wage and a huge f’ixer’s fee’ for the agent.

United have also been linked with Kalidou Koulibaly, Milan Skriniar and Harry Maguire but have now made their move for the teenage Holland star.

06.45 UPDATE: Madrid want Van Dijk

Real Madrid want Virgil van Dijk to replace Sergio Ramos, according to Marca.

Van Dijk has been sensational for Liverpool this term after sealing a £75m deal last year.

But Madrid are said to be keen on a move although Liverpool are likely to resit any bids.

The Reds are in their second Champions League final in a row next week and will be hoping to beat Tottenham.

06.30 UPDATE: Hazard deal deadline

Eden Hazard is hoping to seal his move to Real Madrid by June 4.

Hazard is desperate to quit Chelsea and has told them to sort a move out in the coming weeks.

Chelsea play the Europa League on Wednesday and Hazard wants his future sorted within a week of the match.

Madrid have made bids for Hazard but are yet to agree a fee for the Belgium star.
