The Stranger actor Brandon Fellows left his Instagram followers stunned as he showed off his impressive weight loss transformation.
Brandon, 25, who played the role of Mike Tripp in the popular Netflix television series, looked completely different after shedding an impressive four-and-a-half stone.
He left his fans gobsmacked this week when he shared a before-and-after photograph on his Instagram page.
The Netflix star shared the snap with his 2,000 followers, captioning the snap: “2019 versus 2020 headshots.”
His followers flocked to the post, showering the actor with praise.
One said: “Awesome work! Glad you’re happy in yourself, thanks for the inspiration…”
While another wrote: “Yeah this is mad congrats man!”
“Looking good Brandon,” added a third.
Brandon looked unrecognisable in comparison to his appearance during filming of the Netflix show in 2019, shedding the impressive amount in a year.
He told The Sun he lost the weight by completely changing his lifestyle.
Brandon told the publication: “After appearing in The Stranger, which was a six-month job, I decided that I wanted to make a change to my lifestyle and that meant exercising more and controlling my portion sizes.
“My only hesitation was that I hated the thought of stepping into a gym on my own and not knowing what to to do.
“A close friend recommended F45 to me (high-intensity interval training classes) – F standing for functional and 45 standing for the duration of the class.”
He continued to reveal he was a complete fitness amateur, saying: “I first stepped into an F45 not even being able to do a push up let alone being able to make it through a whole class, but the trainers were so supportive and welcoming. I cannot recommend F45 enough.”
The Stranger star continued: “If you’re looking at getting into fitness but have no idea where to start then getting into a class will help with your confidence and also meeting like minded people.
“PLEASE don’t worry about what people think. I can assure you people don’t care what you look like, how big you are, or how much experience you have.”
