The Masked Singer shocks judges AND fans by revealing skateboard legend Tony Hawk as the elephant

THE Masked singer shocked both fans and judges when it was revealed skateboard legend Tony Hawk was underneath the Elephant costume.

The superstar athlete, 51, gave his best rendition of The Cure classic Friday I’m in Love before he received the lowest amount of votes in the Group B round on the Fox singing show.

Tony came onto the stage in a slick red and black futuristic outfit equipped with a matching head of the giant creature.

Judge Jenny McCarthy, 47, thought the voice was Lance Armstrong while her Grammy-nominated co-star Robin Thicke, 42, made the prediction it was action star Travis Pastrana.

Pussycat Dolls’ Nicole Scherzinger thought it might have been her pal and famous DJ Steve Aoki based off of the clue package that played before the performance.

Actor and comedian Ken Jeong, 50, made the audience laugh with his adamant statement the Elephant was former presidential candidate Beto O’ Rourke.

When the video game mogul was unmasked, the judging panel’s jaws dropped to the floor.

“No way! How did we not figure it out?!” Jenny exclaimed.

“If there were a skateboard anywhere, we would have gotten it,” a stunned Robin admitted.

“This was a totally new experience for me. I had one more song in me but I didn’t want to go much further so thank you for releasing me,” Tony told the judges with a laugh.

The father-of-four also sweetly said the romantic song choice was a nod to his wife of five years, Catherine.

Last week, fans were outraged over legendary singer Chaka Khan being eliminated as Miss Monster over the “terrible” White Tiger in the Group A round.

“YA KICKED OFF CHAKA KHAN AND KEPT THE WHITE TIGER? The audacity,” an enraged critic wrote online.

“I’m actually f*****g upset. I guess the show is now “The Masked Entertainer” because White Tiger sure as F**K didn’t sing, and he still somehow made it through,” a viewer tweeted.

The Masked Singer airs Wednesdays on Fox at 8pm EST.
