The beauty items to pack for a festival, according to a festival pro

Festival season is upon us and packing for one can be a minefield.

You want to take products that will work quickly and will last. I review festivals for a living so have tried it all!

When it comes to festival beauty, these days it’s all about keeping it simple. The glitter look is unacceptable both environmentally and, well, just because. Keeping it natural though needn’t mean looking like you’ve been dragged through a hedge backwards… it’s all about looking confident, radiant and the best version of yourself.

Here’s my ‘What to Pack’ beauty list to keep you looking and feeling fresh and healthy over the festival and beyond.

Feel bright eyed and bushy tailed with this highly revered restorative eye cream. Brighten dark circles and get rid of any puffiness, no one needs to know how late you stayed up.

Dr Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Daily Peel

A daily peel which smooths lines and improves an uneven complexion and was described as a ‘darn god send’ by my friend who introduced it to me. The product is so popular that someone uses one every three seconds.

Erborian CC creme

This cream is a serious game changer. Gives you light coverage which makes you almost look subtly Instagram filtered. The luxury Korean skin specialists have really nailed a formula which gives you glowing, fresh and natural skin while moisturising.

Remove any sign of deathliness from your lips and restore them to their full glory. Don’t be concerned by its bright green colour, as soon as it touches your lips it will turn to a healthy rose.
