Most of the options in each category of Tesco’s meal deal are the same price, so there’s not much difference when it comes to best value combination.

The Valentine’s offer will be available in stores and online from Friday, February 12 until Sunday, February 16.

If you’re already planning what you’ll be eating on February 14, check out the Tesco online store finder to track down your nearest supermarket.

There are just under 4,000 Tesco stores to choose from in the UK.

Tesco is the first supermarket of 2020 to announce its Valentine’s Day meal deal so we can’t compare prices based on what other stores are selling.

But last year, the cheapest Valentine’s deal was found at Aldi, which started from £6.77 for two including a main, side dish and dessert.

Aldi’s offer wasn’t a set price though and didn’t include as much as Tesco’s offer.

Asda had a very similar £15 deal for two people, while M&S charged £20 for it’s Valentine’s Day meal last year – the same price as Tesco.
The M&S version also included a box of chocolates as standard unlike Tesco.

Last year, Tesco had the option of swapping a bottle of booze for chocolates, for those who don’t drink alcohol, but it’s not clear if they’re doing that again.
