Team Liquid Signs Partnership Deal With Zoomph

Esports organization Team Liquid announced Tuesday a new social media measurement partnership with Zoomph

Financial terms and length of the partnership were not disclosed.

Zoomph has already created a custom version of its real-time social analytics platform to provide Team Liquid with “reporting data to create more engaging and meaningful partner campaigns,” according to a release. Team Liquid will also use the data it collects to grow its social media presence and increase engagement with its fans, the company said.

Team Liquid will also use Zoomph’s data to increase fan engagement with Liquid+,  a browser-based platform announced earlier this month that rewards community members with points for engaging with the organization on social media. Those points can be redeemed for merchandise, fan experiences, event tickets, and more.

This isn’t Zoomph’s first partnership with an esports organization; in August 2019 it signed a three-year deal with the Pittsburgh Knights to measure social media and streaming engagements related to sponsorships.

Zoomph’s partnerships with the sports world are more prominent; it currently works with MLB team the Chicago White Sox, NFL teams the New England Patriots and Dallas Cowboys, NASCAR, Sports Businesses Journal’s (a sister company of The Esports Observer) SportsAtlas, and MLS teams D.C. United and Los Angeles Football Club.
