Fresh from her stint on Strictly Come Dancing, the 36-year-old actress looked stunning in a red swimming costume as she paddled in the surf.
Cath – who quit the cobbles in July 2018 after seven years playing Eva Price – showed off her dance-honed legs during a break from sunbathing.
An onlooker said: “The gruelling training schedule of Strictly has clearly paid off – Cath looks amazing.”
The former Coronation Street actress lost a staggering five stone since hitting the gym.
Catherine has gone from a size 22 to a 10 and reflected on her huge transformation on Instagram.

The 36-year-old actress married fitness consultant Tom at Colshaw Hall in Cheshire, in front of family, friends and Corrie co-stars in June 2015.
She wore a bespoke Philip Armstrong wedding gown, an off-the-shoulder lace creation with a mermaid silhouette and sheer panelling on the back and sleeves.
They welcomed their son Alfie later in the year, and during her stint on Strictly she admitted how much she missed her son while training in London.
