Strictly Come Dancing 2019: Karen Hauer's appearance leaves It Takes Two fans distracted

Karen Hauer showed off her bold sartorial choices last night on Strictly Come Dancing’s sister show, It Takes Two, when she donned a chic ivory blouse for her interview with Rylan Clark Neal. She was on the BBC with Chris Ramsey to discuss their chances in the competition but it was her outfit that caught viewers’ attentions.

Karen, 37, wore her oversized silk blouse loose and paired it with some trousers of the same colour.

She swept back her cropped hair and wore minimal jewellery with the fashion-forward number.

The professional dancer, who recently separated with fellow dancer Kevin Clifton, paired the look with a smokey eye and a red lip.

However, viewers seemed a little bit confused by the outfit as many thought she was wearing her pyjamas.

“The Charleston is a very tough dance especially for a second week dance and beginner but he handled it pretty well.

“The first week he was just petrified. The second week he was still petrified. He’s getting more confident which is what I want. You can do it and it is possible.

“The American Smooth is a completely different monster.”

Over the weekend, Strictly Come Dancing said goodbye to its first pairing.

James Cracknell and Luba Mushtuk were sent home after they failed to impress with their Jive.

The pair were booted off after David James and Nadiya Bychkova impressed the judges with their routine in the dance-off.

Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday on BBC One at 7.10pm.
