STACEY Solomon has revealed how you can make jelly soaps at home, and they’re so simple to make.
Taking to her Instagram stories she said she decided to make the soaps after becoming sick of her sons using too much of the liquid soap.
She explained: “We are going to make jelly soaps because I am sick of buying these soaps.
“My children don’t know how to use a one pump, they like to use 10 pumps at a time so hopefully if we can turn it into some jellies it will last longer.”
To make the soaps you will need half cup of water, one teaspoon of salt, two sachets of gelatine, some liquid soap and food colouring.
Boil the water in the pan before adding the salt, take off the heat and stir in the gelatine.
Then add in half a cup of your liquid soap and combine along with the food colouring of your choice.
Fill moulds, ice cube trays work well, with the mixture and place in the fridge to set for about 20 minutes.
Stacey was thrilled with the results, showing off her bunny and fairy shaped soaps on her stories.
She said: “These are actually so cool, we love them. I am going to do this every time.
“This is so much quicker and easier than I thought.”
