Stacey Solomon has opened up about Joe Swash’s oldest son Harry not being on the family Christmas card after she faced questions.

The Loose Women panelist recently shared a sweet festive snap, which featured her boys Zachary, Leighton and Rex, with her boyfriend Joe Photoshopped in.

She looked stunning in a gold dress, with the lads looking handsome in suits – although she faced questions about where Harry was.

‘I got loads and loads of comments, and I get these comments quite a lot, asking about all of our children in my photos’ she said on her Instagram Stories. ‘Unfortunately it’s not something I’m able to do, otherwise I’d do it all the time.

‘All the kids are a massive part of our lives, obviously, and we love them all equally and adore them and, behind the scenes, they’re very much on every stocking, in every book, in every photo,’ she continued.

‘But publicly that’s not something that I can do and I totally respect that. We respect everyone’s wishes, we’re a blended family and sometimes that’s a bit more complicated than it seems. I don’t know if that’s the best way to explain it!’

Stacey has three children, having had Leighton when she was just 17 with her then boyfriend Dean Cox, Zachary with her former fiancé Aaron Barham and her new baby Rex with Joe.

Meanwhile, Joe had his son Harry with his ex Emma Sophocleous.

Stacey previously opened up about her ‘alternative family’, saying: ‘Recently I’ve experienced people having a lot to say about alternative family set ups. So I thought I’d just say this… No matter what negative, unhelpful things people may say or think, ignore it because they’re wrong.

‘Don’t ever let it get you down. It doesn’t define you or your family. The boys’ brotherly bond is just as strong as any other regardless of our set up – and the decisions I’ve made have made us stronger as a family.’

Stacey added that she loves her unconventional family, and that no one model of a family is better than another.

She explained: ‘I used to really beat myself up about not being able to offer them a “normal”, “perfect” family all under one roof. Until I realised how normal, and perfect our family is for us.

Tell ’em, girl.

Meanwhile, the Swash/Solomon clan is gearing up for Christmas, with Stacey recently unveiling the stunning Christmas decorations.

She’s definitely feeling festive and we’re living for it.
