The alleged couple recently sparked engagement rumours when Stacey wore a gold band around her wedding finger during an outing with the professional dancer.
In pictures obtained by The Mirror, Stacey wore a ring as she walked alongside the BBC favourite.
The duo smiled as they appeared to be enjoying their day together while strolling down Portobello Road.
Stacey put on a cosy display with her rumoured beau and rested her hand on his chest.
Kevin seemed to reciprocate the presenter’s affectionate gesture as he placed his hand on her shoulder.
They were also seen stopping to treat themselves with doughnuts during their day out.
The believed couple met when they were partnered up on the BBC dance competition last year.
It was then reported the duo were involved in a romance earlier this year following Stacey’s split with her former partner Sam Tucknott.
The pair seemed to confirm their relationship when they posted matching couple-style pictures on Instagram back in April.
The image showed the pair locked in a cosy embrace backstage at Kevin’s show Burn the Floor.
Elsewhere the journalist shared photos of her new home on the social media platform before getting candid with fans about “living in the moment.”
The move comes after Stacey reportedly left the home she once shared with her ex-boyfriend Sam in Brighton.
The former Strictly contestant posted a snap of her monochrome inspired kitchen, which featured high ceilings and drop lights.
In the second image, Stacey could be seen drinking a beverage while relaxing in a sweatshirt and trousers.
She added the caption: “New pad is v v sparse”, in reference to the lack of furnishings.(sic)
After showing off her new living space, Stacey shared two cryptic messages.
The first read: “You are so lovely. Oh my God I’m so glad you exist.”
She then shared another quote which stated: “You just need to give it your best and live in the moment.”
