In view of her 742,000 Instagram followers, she shared a short clip of her boyfriend and herself at a table indulging in two desserts.
It appears as though Kevin is unaware he’s being filmed, while Stacey cheekily pokes her tongue out at the camera.
The star captioned the black and white clip: “The king and queen,” followed by a love heart emoji.
The BBC documentary presenter followed up her post with a glimpse of the restaurant which she shared with a song.
The hit by Harriet Curry includes the lyrics: “Now I understand how I’m meant to be, if it wasn’t for you, I’d be lost.”
Kevin also took to his Instagram to share a picture of the pair from their evening together.
The professional dancer re-shared a picture of them standing on a street, taken by a companion.
Stacey and Kevin tend to keep their relationship under wraps and rarely share pictures together on social media.
However, Kevin Clifton shared a picture of the pair alongside his cousin at a musical last month.
They beamed for the camera as they celebrated the performance in Mamma Mia!.
Earlier this month, the pair reunited on the Strictly Come Dancing floor for this year’s launch show.
Ahead of performing the Paso Doble, Kevin Clifton joked they had a “lover’s tiff” in their VT.
In the clip, Kevin asked Stacey: “How was Strictly for you as an experience?’ I’ve done it six times!”
Stacey remarked: “But you’ve never won, how was last year for you?”
Laughing at her response, he said to the camera: “We’re having a lover’s tiff here.”
The investigative journalist spoke out about her relationship with Kevin for the first time back in July.
In an interview with The Guardian, she revealed why the duo agreed to keep their romance private.
“Kev and I have agreed not to go into too much detail about our private lives because you can’t really indulge that and then ask for privacy,” she said.
“That’s why we’ve turned down interviews that have offered us tens of thousands of pounds.
“What I am happy to say is Kev’s amazing, I’m happy, life happens, I’ve got an amazing career and I’m very lucky.”
Back in April, Stacey’s ex-boyfriend Sam Tucknott, 31, told The Sun Stacey was dating Kevin following their split.
In a tell-all interview, he confirmed the couple had split after five years together.
Kevin parted ways from his third wife Karen Hauer, 37, after three years of marriage last year.
The Strictly Come Dancing 2019 live shows start Saturday, September 21.
