Spice Girls tour: Geri Horner jets off to Dublin with her kids ready for big reunion

Geri Horner shared a snap with her children as they prepared to jet to Dublin to kick off the Spice Girls tour.

Horner will reunite with bandmates Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton and Melanie Chisholm on stage at Croke Park on Friday night to mark the first date on their short reunion tour.

On Thursday, Horner shared a series of snaps with daughter Bluebell, 13, and two-year-old son Monty as they boarded a plane to take the short flight.

She captioned the post: “Dublin we’re coming!! #Spiceworld2019 #HouseofGinger.”

Horner’s latest post comes the morning after she returned to her Ginger Spice persona by dyeing her hair

“I haven’t had ginger hair for over 20 years I think,” Horner told fans in an Instagram video before adding that she was “a bit scared”.

Horner later shared two shots of her new look, revealing she had opted for a shade called 74 Mango.

Fans were excited by the star’s makeover, calling her “queen” and hailing her as “more gorgeous than ever”.

The Spice Girls are set to embark on a short stadium tour of the UK and Ireland minus fifth member Victoria Beckham.

After Dublin, the Spice World tour heads to cities including Cardiff, Manchester and Edinburgh before wrapping up in London with three dates at London’s Wembley Stadium.

Horner last week hit back at reports of a rift within the group after Brown claimed to have slept with her at the height of the band’s fame.

Speaking on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories, Brown nodded excitedly when asked if she had ever shared a bed with Horner “like that”.

Brown later backtracked on the claims – blaming the media for “taking it to another level” – while Horner issued a denial statement on the “hurtful” reports.
