Snezana Markoski is trolled for giving marriage advice

They’re expecting their second child together, six months after tying the knot in a lavish Byron Bay wedding.

But what should be a happy time for Snezana Markoski and Sam Wood was overshadowed by a troll, who criticised the pregnant star for giving marriage advice this week.

In an Instagram post on Wednesday, Snezana told her followers that she doesn’t understand why people say ‘it’s all downhill’ after marriage because she and Sam are still blissfully happy less than a year after saying ‘I do’.

‘Whoever says it’s all down here from the day you get married is dead wrong,’ Snezana, 38, wrote in a heartwarming tribute to fitness entrepreneur Sam, 39.

‘It’s been exactly six months since I married the man of my dreams and became Mrs Wood and I feel our love and respect for another grow stronger with every day that passes.’

In the comments section, a troll said that Snezana has no business making ‘bold statements’ after only being married for six months.

‘Bahahaha six months!??? Make this bold statement when you’ve been married for six years maybe,’ they wrote.

Sam also shared his own heartfelt tribute to Snezana this.

‘[Six] months ago today you became my WIFE,’ he wrote.

‘I fall more in love with you every day even though I wouldn’t believe it possible. It has been the best six months of my life without question and I cannot wait to spend the next 60 years together xxx.’

It comes several weeks after Sam was criticised for sharing an artistic nude photo of himself to Instagram with his 18-month-old daughter, Willow.

In the black-and-white photo taken at a beach in Port Douglas, Sam was pictured standing in the surf with Willow with their backs to the camera – but critics slammed the snap as ‘inappropriate’.

‘As a mum of teens, my kids would be horrified if I posted my a**,’ one person commented. Another added: ‘A new low in social media attention seeking!’ 

‘Actually, very disappointing. No need for these kinds of photos,’ a third person wrote.

Snezana and Sam found love on The Bachelor in 2015 and they tied the knot last year after a three-year engagement. 

They are parents to Willow and 13-year-old Eve, from Snezana’s previous relationship, and are expecting another child in the coming months.
