And in good news for the Jersey Shore star, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro will not be hit with a kidnapping charge, after law enforcement officials have concluded his actions don’t meet the criteria for kidnapping, according to TMZ sources.
However, the incident has not been dropped with the 33-year-old looking at a lesser sentence.

‘The LAPD is strongly pushing for Ronnie to be hit with felony domestic violence instead… based on the evidence and the alleged injuries to Harley,’ the publication reported.
If charged with a felony domestic violence, Ronnie could face up to four years in prison.
However, TMZ’s sources have said that the reality star may only be charged with a misdemeanor DV – which has a maximum sentence of one year in the slammer.

TMZ reported that police ‘broke down the door’ to the Airbnb rental they were living in because they were worried the 18-month-old little girl was in danger.
Ronnie reportedly refused to ‘go peacefully’ and officers were forced to use a taser on the muscle-bound reality star.
Jen was seen in surveillance footage running with Ariana during the event and knocking on the neighbors door before sitting the baby down on the ground.
The video does not show any physical hard to Jen but her face shows that she was in great fear.

TMZ has reported that Jen was under the influence of alcohol that night and ‘dangled Ariana over a fence,’ leaving Ronnie frightened for his child.
Ronnie was forced to stay 100 yards away from Jen and Ariana following the altercation. The order was dismissed on October 11 after Jen failed to show up in court.
Ronnie took to social media to share video and photos with his little girl at Disneyland on October 12.
