The new law would enable Mr Bercow to bypass the prime minister and go straight to Brussels on behalf of the Commons to prevent a no-deal Brexit.
MPs plotting the new Act want Parliament to sit on Saturday, October 19, to pas the Bill, according to the Mail on Sunday.
A senior Commons source said: “The rebels say that, if Boris wants to play with nuclear weapons, then so will they”.
