Priyanka Chopra’s sweet Instagram tribute to husband Nick Jonas backfired when fans noticed that she had got his age wrong.
The actress, 37, shared a photo of the musician, 26, to mark the launch of Villa One tequila, which Jonas has co-founded with John Varvatos.
Posting an image of herself and Jonas with their arms around one another at the launch event, she wrote: “So proud. When you own your own tequila at 27! @villaone.”
However Chopra’s followers were quick to note that the Jonas Brothers star will not turn 27 until September 16.
“26* for 14 more days,” one Instagram user pointed out, while another noted: “He’s actually 26 not 27.”
“Isn’t he 26?” a third asked, while one scathing comment read: “When you don’t know how old your own husband is… he’s a tequila owner at 26 actually… guess his age really doesn’t matter.”
Others defended Chopra’s error, with one supporter writing: “Less than 2 weeks it’s perfectly ok to round up people …”

Jonas appeared not to have noticed the mistake, commenting “my beautiful forever date” on his wife’s post.
He shared the same photo of him and Chopra on his own Instagram account, captioning it with: “Celebrating @villaone tonight in Montauk! #LifeAsItShouldBe.”
Chopra and Jonas married in December 2018 in a lavish celebration which took place over three days at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India.
The wedding featured Hindu and Christian ceremonies and was attended by Jonas’ musician brothers Kevin and Joe as well as Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner.
