Follow the latest updates live from the Premier League as two games kick off at 3pm.

Wolves can all but secure a seventh-place finish in the Premier League – and possible Europa League qualification – if they can beat Fulham at Molineux, given that it will put them six points clear of Leicester City, who would have to win both of their remaining matches to have any chance of passing them. Fulham may already be relegated, but they’ve since managed to record three consecutive wins to at least go down swinging.

The other 3pm kick-off sees West Ham United looking to seal 11th place as they take on Southampton at the London Stadium with Saints securing their Premier League status for another season and still able to catch the three teams in front of them. Follow the live action below.

The only goal so far was scored by Arnautovic for West Ham. It’s his fourth goal against Southampton.

HALF TIME

One touch and then Bryan hits a powerful strike that forces Rui Patrício to tip it over the bar.

West Ham 1 – 0 Southampton

West Ham are completely dominating the game. First Michail Antonio holds off three defenders before getting a shot off at Forster who gathers it up easily.

Then Arthur Masuaku fancies himself as he dribbles the ball up to the box but sends it high over the bar.

Wolves 0 – 0 Fulham

Wolves play a short corner with Moutinho, who gets the ball back. He whips it into the box and Dendoncker wins the header sending it onto the crossbar and Fulham escape.

West Ham 1 – 0 Southampton

Masuaku takes the ball past two defenders down the left hand side before giving it to Manuel Lanzini who fires off a decent effort on goal. Forster punches it away and West Ham keep on coming.

Good chance for the Saints.

West Ham 0 – 0 Southampton

West Ham have a lot of possession but don’t do anything with it, they’re finding it hard to get past the halfway line in a rather slow start to the match.

Wolves 0 – 0 Fulham

Joe Bryan has the first chance for Fulham, he’s 22-yards out from goal and he fires off a shot that comes too close to Rui Patrício who makes the save.

KICK OFF

Alright, here we go for the 3pm kick offs. Fingers crossed for lots of goals.

West Ham 0 – 0 Southampton

Wolves 0 – 0 Fulham

Then in the late kick off, Newcastle host Liverpool.

The Premier League title could be sown up as soon as Monday if the Reds fail to beat Newcastle tonight and Man City defeat Leicester.

Rafa Benitez’s team stand in Liverpool’s way and in what could be Benitez’s last game in charge at St James’ Park, Newcastle will prove to be a difficult obstacle to overcome for Jurgen Klopp’s men.

Factor in the fact that Liverpool have a mountain to climb on Tuesday as they try to overcome a three-goal deficit to Barcelona in the Champions League.

Later on though is a huge game between Cardiff and Crystal Palace.

Cardiff are four points from safety, behind Brighton, and have to win both of their last two games to stay up.

First they need three points against Palace today before seeing off Manchester United on the last day of the season.

For Brighton they face Arsenal and Manchester City where points will be hard to come by.

For Wolves and West Ham, they are playing for League position. Wolves have had a great season and could confirm seventh place for themselves with a win over Fulham.

West Ham and Southampton are basically playing an exhibition match.

Bournemouth vs Spurs

A lack of discipline cost Spurs the three points. They were dominant in the first half and were only denied a goal due to some outstanding saves from Mark Travers.

Son lost the plot and Foyth made a really bad challenge. Bournemouth weren’t great themselves though and a moment of brilliance from Nathan Ake gave them the late win.

Tottenham will have to beat Everton next week now to make the top four.
