A MASSIVE “Boris bounce” has seen the Tories regain their place as the favourite party of Sun readers, a poll reveals.
The Conservatives’ popularity has doubled since Boris Johnson was made PM last month as voters switch back from the Brexit Party.

The poll of 850 Sun readers found 31 per cent plan to vote Tory, compared to just 13 per cent in June.
Nigel Farage’s Brexit Party, which was second with 25 per cent, has slipped back to 22 per cent.
Jeremy Corbyn’s Labour are a distant third on eight per cent, with the Lib Dems on five per cent.
The remaining 34 per cent includes 11 per cent who do not know who they would vote for, nine per cent who would not vote and four per cent who would rather not say.
Former Tory leader Iain Duncan Smith said: “As a result of Boris’ arrival we have moved from being deadbeat to upbeat, which is where we should be.
‘RESTORING FAITH’
“We have given the country back its sense of purpose as we plan to leave the EU on October 31, come what may.”
The Pulse survey also found that 59 per cent think Boris will be good for Britain.
Some 52 per cent were “delighted” or “pleased” that he became leader. Confidence in Brexit has also surged.
During Theresa May’s final weeks as PM just 13 per cent said they were confident a successful agreement could be thrashed out. This has rocketed to 34 per cent.
Boris has also managed to “restore faith” in the party among Tory voters.

It’s quite a turnaround, since even the Queen is reported to have been “dismayed” by British politicians’ “inability to govern” as the Brexit debate has dragged on for three years.
Now, at last, Sun readers are seeing a glimmer of hope that the deadlock can be broken by Team Boris.

The “Boris Bounce” has seen the number of you planning to vote Tory leap from just 13 per cent in June to nearly one in three (31 per cent).
Many who previously expressed support for Nigel Farage’s Brexit Party now believe the PM can deliver the escape from the EU the country voted for.
Hypocritical Remoaners are still intent on thwarting the will of the people by any means they can while accusing Boris of being undemocratic.
Respected think-tank the Institute For Government says they have already run out of time to block a clean-break Brexit. And we should all rejoice in that.
Some 37 per cent of Sun Tory voters said they had “little or no” faith in the party in June. This fell to just 14 per cent after Boris became leader.
The results are a huge boost for Team Boris, who are gearing up for a possible snap election.
The PM is going on a spending splurge on health, education and crime — the big three domestic priorities for Brits.
