Hugh dated Liz from 1987 after they met on the set of a Spanish production titled Remando Al Viento.
The pair dated until 2000, when they amicably split.
They have remained close friends ever since despite their break-up and Hugh is the godfather to Liz’s son Damian, while she is the godmother to one of the actor’s five children.
