HALLOWEEN is nearly here and before you decide what to dress up as, you might want to consider matching your outfit to man’s best friend.
Don’t worry, we’re not talking about dressing up as a puppy, but instead the new range of Halloween costumes for dogs from Pets at Home, which starts from £2.
The store has released tons of new outfits for four-legged friends including a pumpkin, a giant spider, a witch’s hat, a Halloween dress and dragon wings.
Prices for outfits start at £2 for a witch’s hat for a small dog.
Before picking your favourites, make sure you check the sizes first as they range from extra small to extra large, with some clearly being geared towards smaller dogs.
As well as quirky costumes, Pets at Home is also selling spooky toys including a green or red monster, a squeaky Frankenstein and a squeaky pumpkin.
You can shop Pets at Home’s full Halloween range online and in store – just be sure to compare prices elsewhere before you buy using online tools, such as Google Shopping.
Amazon, for example, also has a pets range starting at £5.50 including wizard, witch and bat costumes.
If you opt for Pets at Home and buy online, it offers free delivery on orders over £39, otherwise its standard delivery costs £2.95 and can take up to four working days.
You can order items to collect in store for free. Find your nearest Pets at Home using the store locator.
Just be aware that on all its Halloween outfits Pets at Home warns not to force a pet to wear accessories if it seems agitated.
It says you must examine all products for wear and tear and replace when needed.
The store also warns that pets can chew items unexpectedly, and says that if any material is ingested you need to seek immediate veterinary advice.
Here’s some of our favourites from the range.
