Jellis Craig Richmond agent Trent Stewart told RealEstate.com.au that an early boardroom auction had sealed the deal.

‘We had an offer just short of $3million, so we called in one other interested party who bid the property up to the final price,’ Mr Stewart said.

‘Both parties were young families in the local area looking to purchase a larger family home they could live in long-term. They have plans to renovate it in the future.’
