The Brexit Party leader fears the Prime Minister is “stepping into very dangerous territory” by trying to push through his predecessor’s failed deal. Mr Farage took aim at Mr Johnson following his meeting with the Queen on Tuesday to prorogue Parliament. The Monarch with deliver a Queen’s Speech to Parliament on October 14, after the suspension.
Writing in The Daily Telegraph, Mr Farage said: “The summer is over and with it, I would suggest, is Boris Johnson’s brief honeymoon period.
“I say this because the new Prime Minister has been touring Europe in recent days.
“Having listened closely to his various statements, it is apparent that he now wants to reheat the same European treaty which his predecessor, Theresa May, failed to get through the House of Commons three times.
“By doing so, I think he risks stepping into very dangerous territory.”
Mr Farage added that Mr Johnson’s Brexit deal without the Irish backstop would be “the worst so-called deal in British history”.
He explained without a backstop the nation would be bound to the customs union and maintain the jurisdictions of the EU’s courts over the UK’s.
He went on to say the UK would not be able to gain control over its own waters.
The MEP added taxpayers would pay £39million while Britain would lose its ability to strike any new trade agreements outside of the EU.

Mr Farage highlighted Mr Johnson has said securing a deal is his “highest priority”.
It comes as the Brexiteer vowed to take on Mr Johnson in a general election if he backs down from his “do or die” pledge.
Mr Farage warned the Brexit Party will “fight him every inch of the way” if he signs up to Mrs May’s deal.
Mr Farage wrote on Twitter: “The Government’s announcement today makes a confidence motion now certain, a general election more likely and is seen as a positive move by Brexiteers.
“The unanswered question is whether Boris Johnson intends to pursue the Withdrawal Agreement.”
He added: “If he does, then The Brexit Party will fight him every inch of the way.”
However the leading Brexiteer insists he is willing to work together with Mr Johnson in an election if he delivers a “clean break” from the bloc on October 31.
Mr Farage added: “But if he now wants a clean break Brexit then we would like to help him secure a large majority in a general election.”
He went as far to say the Brexit Party “would be happy to make him a hero” and help him secure the exit, according to the Daily Telegraph.
