Naga Munchetty, 45, shared with her that she had endured a “very tough” run this morning amid the chilly conditions, as the BBC Breakfast host appeared fresh-faced in a selfie uploaded to her 38,500 Instagram followers. However, some of her fans questioned if she was “feeling OK” as they noted that the star appeared to look “a bit tired”.
In the snap, Naga appeared to be laying down on her bed while still wearing her sports gear that included a bright pink top.
She typed: “There was sunshine for today’s run – that helped a bit, as it felt very tough today.
“Happy Sunday,” the TV presenter added.
Underneath some fans commented that she appeared to look exhausted after a week that included her new radio show airing on BBC Radio Five Live.

“I am so excited to be on board with you on this, the morning show we are making together. We are going to get to know each other, I promise. There is so much to talk about.”
The TV star asked listeners to bear with her as she settled into her new role.
“All of it is exciting, a bit daunting, but I am sure you will enjoy the journey with me. I hope you will, anyway,” she said.
