Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha has posted a candid dressing room video on Instagram this week. The TV presenter could be seen in her underwear as she tried – and failed – to fit into a pair of tights.
“Anyone else HATE wearing tights???” the mum-of-two wrote, in view of her 334,000 followers.
In the footage, the Ex EastEnders actress wore a matching bra and briefs set as she attempted to manoeuvre the hosiery into position.
“I’m in my dressing room… and I’m struggling…” Nadia said to camera while fighting with the tights.
“What am I doing wrong? Why? …I’ve not got long legs,” the confused star added.

“We need to rise up girls and spark a revolution! NO MORE SAGGY CROTCHES!”(sic) she signed off with numerous amusing hashtags, including “#bloominguncomfortable.”
Many headed to the comments section to share their stories and thank the TV star for her honesty.
“Oh blimey..we’ve all been there,” wrote one follower.
“I hate MC Hammer tights. I end up walking like a cross between Mrs Doubtfire and Whoopi Goldberg in Ghost!!” another humorously added.
A third social media user joked: “I could play ANY musical intro of your choice on my gussets! It’s like a suspension bridge midway between knees and bellies.”
