And as she does so, she’s thinking about different ways she can help herself during the painful process of labour.

Once such way is by using the muscles she will have to use in labour, which she does by “sucking in” her bump.

In the video on TikTok, she pretended to her bump was a “balloon”, and let the air out as she slowly sucked her stomach in.

As she did so, her bump got smaller and smaller until it was barely there.

“Keeping that pelvic floor engaged = not looking pregnant when i do abs,” she captioned the video.

People were quick to comment on the video, with one asking: “Doesn’t it hurt?”

“No this is actually super good to prepare your body for labour & postpartum!

“This is how you engage your core during pregnancy”.

“Ohh thanks for the information!!” the person replied.

“Wow!” another added.

“I couldn’t breathe for 10 minutes.”

“How can some women do this?” another questioned.

“I’m 16 weeks and can’t hold my belly!”

“me after Texas Roadhouse,” someone else joked.

As others wondered what kind of impact Kat’s trick would have on her little one.

“Baby squashed, poor thing!” a third wrote.

“I have heard you should not do this,” someone else commented.

To which another responded: “You heard wrong. It’s good for your muscles.”

In another video, Kat responded to someone who asked: “Do you ever wish you weren’t pregnant and didn’t have tiny feet kicking your ribs?”

“No,” Kat hit back.

“Pregnancy is hard but the kicks…” she then added a load of love emojis, including hearts and a baby emoji.
