KIDS are certain to have relished the recent sunny weather, giving them an opportunity to get outside in the garden.
And one mum made sure her daughter’s outdoor time was extra special by building her an amazing playhouse.
In a post on Facebook group ‘Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK’, the woman, called Kirsty, revealed how she had been able to construct it for free.
The clever parent shared pictures showing how she had transformed a pile of wood into a playhouse, painted white.
She finished it off with pink bunting and a curtain, as well as an ‘A’ sign on the front door.
Captioning the snaps, the DIY fan wrote: “Made my daughter a playhouse out of some scrap wood and pallets that I had lying about!
“Curtains, paint and bunting were all bits found about the house too.
“So spent £0 in total! Really chuffed with it.”
Her post was well-received by fans who left more than 2,000 ‘likes’.
One person wrote: “Love this – beautiful.”
Another commented: “You clever mummy.”
A third shared: “Aww that’s great, bet she loves it – well done.”
And a fourth added: “Fabulous! One very lucky little girl.”
