“This, my friends. This is what you do after you drop your kids off on the first day of school,” she wrote on her blog, The Castle Run.

“You get yourself a pin and you walk it around Magic Kingdom like some garden gnome on a world adventure.”

The mum explained she was having a “post summer vacation” and told Good Morning America: “They (her sons) were excited for their first day at school and I was excited for some time alone.

“Pickup time came soon enough and all of us had lots of fun sharing the details of our day.”

Lisa only lives 10 minutes away from Disney World in Florida and explained that her kids get plenty of opportunities to visit, too.

And the mum was praised both by followers and Disney characters, explaining that The Fairy Godmother was so impressed with her solo day out that the pair were “hugging and laughing” together.

“My god I love her,” wrote Lisa.

“She was cry laughing with me and threw her arms around me while I cried, ‘THIS IS WHY I MOVED HERRRRRRRRRE!'”
